Is pickup and delivery really free?

Yes. We pick up and deliver free across Andheri (W & E), Lokhandwala, Versova, Juhu, Vile Parle, Marol and Powai. Just message us on WhatsApp or call to book a slot. T&C apply.

How long will my order take?

It depends on the garment and service, and we'll confirm a delivery date at pickup. Need it faster? Choose 24-hour express (+50%) or 6-hour express (+100%).

How does laundry by the kg work?

Premium Laundry is ₹199 per kg and includes wash, steam iron, stain removal and softener, with your clothes returned neatly folded. Your bag is weighed at pickup or at our shop.

Do you handle silk, designer and bridal wear?

Absolutely. That's where our 60 years of experience shows. Party wear, designer, silk, velvet and embroidered garments are inspected first, and may be charged 50–80% extra depending on the work involved.

What does the “+” next to some prices mean?

It's the starting price. Heavier, larger or more delicate items may cost a little more after inspection, and we always tell you before we start.

Do you clean sofas, curtains and carpets at home?

Yes. Sofa cleaning is done at your home (₹400 per seat). Curtains are ₹10–15 per sq ft and carpets ₹50 per sq ft, with free pickup.
